3 Days Before Session Rescheduling Allowed
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted no exceptions. Please contact customer service at for more details.
Ownership
All photos are owned by Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC unless a copyright is granted by the company to another person or entity for a fee. You may request copyright releases by contacting customer service at atlantaportraitstudio@gmail.com (atlantaportraitstudio@gmail.com)
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy Fees and/or deposits must be paid at time of booking and are non-refundable no exceptions. If you miss your appointment or no show and do not call to reschedule at minimum of 3 day(s) before your appointment date, you will lose your paid fees. You will be required to pay another non-refundable fee for your new session date.
Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges accepted no exceptions. Please contact customer service at customerservice@atlantaportraitstudio.com for order issue resolutions or questions. Prints & Products Prints & Products are ordered through a third-party vendor. Atlanta Portrait Studio is not responsible for product deliveries. However, our customer service department will assist with resolving any issues with prints and products. Please contact customerservice@atlantaportraitstudio.com for more info.
By booking a session you are agreeing to follow ALL policies rules and procedures of Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC.
No phones cameras food or drinks are allowed in the studio.
You CAN NOT take photos or videos of any kind with any equipment or device including cellphones inside the studio. If you are caught stealing photos or recording video without permission. No airdrop, screen shots, or bluetooth is allowed while viewing photos either this is stealing. You will be charged a $275 fine and will be asked to leave the studio.This is non-refundable and non negotiable.
The $79.99 mini sessions include 5 digital download photos , one outfit and one backdrop. You can choose additional digital photos for just $10 each. You can order prints and photo products later from your online gallery sent to your email after your shoot!

Yes. All non-studio/Travel-outside-studio sessions must purchase package VIP or an Event Package.
Book online and pay the booking fee.
For events that require more than 1hr 30 min of time such as weddings, fashion shows, etc will be required to purchase the Event package found on our booking page ( which includes hours of time). The event booking fee is a 50% non-refundable deposit and is subtracting from the total. The other 50% is due on a set date before the event date.. If you cancel or reschedule your event you may be subject to additional charges from the event photographers or videographers that have been booked for your event.
No, All pictures taken by Atlanta Portrait Studio are the property of Atlanta Portrait Studio unless stated otherwise by the owner. All photos taken in and outside of the studio by our staff are copyrighted and owned by Atlanta Portrait Studio and may be used for advertising purposes. If you wish for your photo NOT to be used you must contact us via 404-574-5325 to discuss your interest in owning the photo or photos.
In most cases, you can fill out copyright forms and purchase a copyright to your photos from the owner, making you the official owner of your photographs after that.
No. All charges are non-refundable and final no exceptions! In the rare case that a customer is not satisfied with their photos from the session, they will be responsible for scheduling a ONE TIME Free "reshoot session". The customer will need to contact the studio to schedule this session and the client will not receive any additional reshoot sessions after the one time reshoot. However the studio has a clear no refunds policy and we ask that all policies be reviewed BEFORE booking a session.
You can always UPGRADE your package but you can not DOWNGRADE your package after booking. You CAN cancel your current booking ( forfeiting your booking fee) THEN book the new session of your choice online at AtlantaPortraitStudio.com (AtlantaPortraitStudio.com)
Example: NO you can NOT book package VIP ( $450) and after your session is over decide that you want to pay for a mini session $49.99 when it's time to check out. You can decide not to pay and leave with no photos and we will keep the $50 non refundable booking fee.
Example: NO you can NOT book a package B and show up to the studio for your package B appointment and decide you now want a mini session instead. You CAN cancel your session ,lose the booking fee for that session and THEN book another session online.
Come dressed and ready at your appointment time. (or arrive early and use the dressing area to change).
Bring any props or outfits you want to use in your photos. (we provide free basic props and backdrops but you can bring your own to personalize your shoots).
We do have a bathroom and provide baby changing pads if needed.
( Please review time, outfits changes, and other rules that are allowed with your chosen package or you may be charged for any extras not included in your booked package).
You will do 1-4 backgrounds max according to your chosen package.
After taking your photos you will choose your favorites. At this time can add extra digital photos delivered via download link and prints & products that ship to your home can be added from your online gallery.
After choosing your pictures you will check out at the front desk and pay in full.
All paid for favorites will be editied and sent to you via email digital download link.
Each customer gets a online gallery to view, download, and purchase products of their edits.
If your package comes with a COPY OF ALL images you will be sent that link of the unedited images right after check out. Pleae download ALL of your gallery pictures(edited or unedited) as soon as possible as your online gallery DOES NOT stay on file for eternity. Your gallery will expire in 7 days and we do not keep photos on file here at studio.
We do not take deposits for our regular photo sessions. We do not charge sitting fees per person. We charge a booking fee to secure your appointment time slot. Some of your booking fee also covers your photo editing that takes place after each session. The booking fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Some packages may require cancellation fees and some may require deposits( ex Weddings or Events). Please call for full details. Some booking fees may vary depending on which package is booked and the most recent package information can be viewed by clicking " book now" on our website

Yes we have several wedding packages available. All wedding shoots must call to schedule a free consultation with were we will discuss all photo and/or video coverage details for your special day. Most wedding package do require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable No Exceptions. In the event you need to cancel a wedding shoot you will pay a cancellation fee and you will receive a digital credit usable for a future photo session with Atlanta Portrait Studio. Digital Credits are sent via email, can be used at Atlanta Portrait Studio only and are not exchangeable for cash.
Yes. Our professional products shoots are $150, pics are taken on a solid background and you will recieve all digital images taken but can choose your fav 10 images for editing/ retouching. The professional products shoots are 1-HR of time. This is for (clothing lines, beauty products, food photography etc)
No. We do not keep any of your photos on file. If you do not purchase the photos the day of your session, those photos are lost. But no worries you can always come back and take more photos during your next session :)
We also give customers an entire week to order pictures from their online gallery link. After 7 days the pictures will be removed from the online gallery to make room for more current sessions to be uploaded. So rememer to download your photos IMMEDIATLEY upon recieving your link, as they do not stay on file here at the store.
We accept up to 30 persons in one photo Session. More than 30 will need to book a 4 hour event.
Groups are considered to be any session with more than 6 persons.
Any Session with more than 6 persons MUST purchase package VIP.

All bookings are non-refundable. A booking fee is NOT a deposit.
Our business Individual headshot package is pre-paid in full $125 ( 6 digital retouched business headshots) but you can purchase additional digitals for $10 each
Group buisness headshot Packages can also be booked. Get more info on group headshots by clicking " book now" on our website.
Remember business headshots DO NOT include any full body or waist up images- ONLY HEADSHOTS. Business Headshot sessions are required to pay a booking fee upon booking just like other sessions.

Service animals with proper documentation and service vest on are allowed to service those in need. We can accommodate small and well behaved pets for a $25 pet fee.
If your pet is not well behaved you will be asked to put the pet away immediately. Keep in mind the pet fee like all other booking fees is non-refundable.
Pet Accident: Pet owners will be fully responsible for replacing anything damaged by their pet in any way no exceptions.
We offer a wide range of photography services including family portraits, senior portraits, engagement sessions, and more. We do not offer non-family fridendly photo sessions.Please visit our website for a full list of services. Call before booking for any questions as all purchases are on-refundable no exceptions.
You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 3 DAYS or more BEFORE your appointment date. Some appointments may be subject to cancelation fees ( Weddings or Events) and/or non-refundable deposits if its 3 DAY or less BEFORE your appointment date.
Please remember the booking fees and all other paid fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment the DAY OF or 3 DAYS or less BEFORE your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee and will need to pay ANOTHER BOOKING FEE for your new appointment once you re-book.
You can call to move your appointment to different day or time without losing your booking fee if its in accordance with the policy above :)
Unfortunately, we can not restore your files. Pleae keep in mind for future bookings that your download link and online gallery expire after 7 days as it states in the email sent to you with your gallery link and download pin.
We encourage you to download ALL your photos IMMEDIATELY upon recieving your link. Customers that purchase PKG C or VIP get a copy of all photos taken and are able to save the entire shoot to their personal computer for back-up.
