  • What is included in your mini sessions?
    We currently don't have any mini session deals available.
  • Can I book multiple mini sessions ?
    We only allow one mini session per customer per business day but you can add on extra poses for just $10 each pose. Order prints online and download digital copies from your personal gallery ( you will get a link to your gallery via email after your session.)
  • Do you offer hard copy prints ?
    Yes. You can order hard copy prints and products after receiving your online gallery link. You get the link via email after your photos session. You can also download the digitals of your photos via the online gallery.
  • Can I get a refund?
    No. All charges are non-refundable and final no exceptions! In the rare case that a customer is not satisfied with their session, they will be responsible for scheduling a Free "reshoot session". However the studio has a clear no refunds policy.
  • Can I change my package after booking?
    You can always UPGRADE your package but you can not DOWNGRADE your package after booking. You CAN cancel your current booking ( forfeiting your booking fee) THEN book the new session of your choice online at AtlantaPortraitStudio.com
  • How does the photoshoot process work?
    Come dressed and ready at your appointment time. (or arrive early and use the dressing area to change). Bring any props or outfits you want to use in your photos. (we provide free basic props and backdrops but you can bring your own to personalize your shoots). We do have a bathroom and provide baby changing pads if needed. ( Please review time, outfits changes, and other rules that are allowed with your chosen package or you may be charged for any extras not included in your booked package). You will do 1-4 backgrounds max according to your chosen package. After taking your photos you will choose your favorites. At this time can add extra digital photos delivered via download link and prints & products that ship to your home can be added from your online gallery. After choosing your pictures you will check out at the front desk and pay in full. All paid for favorites will be editied and sent to you via email digital download link. Each customer gets a online gallery to view, download, and purchase products of their edits. If your package comes with a COPY OF ALL images you will be sent that link of the unedited images right after check out. Pleae download ALL of your gallery pictures(edited or unedited) as soon as possible as your online gallery DOES NOT stay on file for eternity. Your gallery will expire in 7 days and we do not keep photos on file here at studio.
  • What is the purpose of the Booking Fees?
    We do not take deposits for our regular photo sessions. We do not charge sitting fees per person. We charge a booking fee to secure your appointment time slot. Some of your booking fee also covers your photo editing that takes place after each session. The booking fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Some packages may require cancellation fees and some may require deposits( ex Weddings or Events). Please call for full details. Some booking fees may vary depending on which package is booked.
  • What if I go over my included time?
    You will be charged the $25 overtime fee and will be given a extra 15 min max to finish your session- including shoot time and/or at the viewing station.
  • Do you take professional product pictures?
    Yes. Our professional products shoots are $150, pics are taken on a solid background and you will recieve all digital images taken but can choose your fav 10 images for editing/ retouching. The professional products shoots are 1-HR of time. This is for (clothing lines, beauty products, food photography etc)
  • Whats your address ?
    We are located at 3625 Dallas Hwy SW STE 460 Marietta GA 30064 Inside The Avenue West Cobb Next to CLARIES and AMERICAN EAGLE.
  • Do you keep my pictures on file?
    No. We do not keep any of your photos on file. If you do not purchase the photos the day of your session, those photos are lost. But no worries you can always come back and take more photos during your next session :) We also give customers an entire week to order pictures from their online gallery link. After 7 days the pictures will be removed from the online gallery to make room for more current sessions to be uploaded. So rememer to download your photos IMMEDIATLEY upon recieving your link, as they do not stay on file here at the store.
  • What if I have a large group of people?
    We accept up to 30 persons in one photo Session. More than 31 will need to book 2 sessions. Groups are considered to be any session with more than 7 persons. Any Session with more than 7 persons MUST purchase package C or VIP. If this is a business headshot group please refer to the business headshot FAQ.
  • What are the prices for enchanted fairies?
    We do not sale enchanted fairies packages or products. We simply just take the photos and send them off to the Enchanted Fairies Company :) Please contact their customer service for any questions at 214-438-0074 or visit enchantedfairies.com
  • Do you take Business Headshots?
    $20 booking fee is required for your headshot session. All booking fees are non-refundable. A booking fee is NOT a deposit. Our business Individual headshot package is $100 ( 6 digital retouched business headshots) Group buisness headshots ( 3 to 9 persons ) will be $360 Each individual professional will choose 1 solo headshot and you will choose one group business pose. These favorites will be retouched and you will get a digital download via email. Businesses, Entire staff groups or teams in need of headshots(10 or more persons) will pay $75 per individual headshot session. ( a $25 Dollar Discount from the $100 regular price). Business headshot group sessions will get a 3 headshot poses each professional. Remember business headshots DO NOT include any full body or waist up images- ONLY HEADSHOTS. Business Headshot sessions are required to pay a booking fee upon booking just like other sessions. Please contact us for full details.
  • Do you Photograph Pets?
    Unfortunately we do not accept any pets at the moment. Service animals with proper documentation and service vest on are allowed to service those in need.
  • What if I am late to my appointment?
    If you are more than 15 min late ( 16 or more min late) you will be charged a $10 late fee NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • What if i need to reschedule or Cancel my appointment?
    You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 3 DAYS or more BEFORE your appointment date. Some appointments may be subject to cancelation fees ( Weddings or Events) and/or non-refundable deposits if its 3 DAY or less BEFORE your appointment date. Please remember the booking fees and all other paid fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment the DAY OF or 3 DAYS or less BEFORE your appointment you will forfeit your booking fee and will need to pay ANOTHER BOOKING FEE for your new appointment once you re-book. You can call to move your appointment to different day or time without losing your booking fee if its in accordance with the policy above :)
  • How many people can be in one session?
    7 or less can choose any photo package including specials 8 or more persons ( children and/or adults) must book package C or VIP up to 30 ppl in one session. More than 30 will need to call to book a session. 404-574-5325

  • Do I own the copyrights to my pictures?
    No, All pictures taken by Atlanta Portrait Studio are the property of Atlanta Portrait Studio unless stated otherwise by the owner. All photos taken in and outside of the studio by our staff are copyrighted and owned by Atlanta Portrait Studio and may be used for advertising purposes. If you wish for your photo NOT to be used you must contact us via email at bookjerrywalker@gmail.com to discuss your concerns. In most cases, you can fill out copyright forms and purchase a copyright to your photos from the owner, making you the official owner of your photographs after that.
  • Do you take pictures outside of the studio?
    Yes. All non-studio/Travel-outside-studio sessions must purchase package C at full price and you will pay the booking fee to book your appointment. Then after your photoshoot the remainder will be paid in full. For events that require more than 1hr 30 min of time such as weddings, fashion shows, etc will be required to purchase the Event package found on our booking page ( which includes 4 hours of time). the event booking fee is a 50% deposit and is subtracting from the total. The other 50% is due on the day of the event before the event starts.
  • What if I forgot to download my images and they are no longer available?
    Unfortunately, we can not restore your files. Pleae keep in mind for future bookings that your download link and online gallery expire after 7 days as it states in the email sent to you with your gallery link and download pin. We encourage you to download ALL your photos IMMEDIATELY upon recieving your link. Customers that purchase PKG C or VIP get a copy of all photos taken and are able to save the entire shoot to their personal computer for back-up.
  • Are different packages different quality?
    Yes. You get what you pay for. We offer high resolution download for all packages. However, our package C and above come with upgraded equipment and higher quality images.
  • What's your Cell Phone Camera or Video Recording Policy?
    You CAN NOT take photos or videos of any kind with any equipment including cellphones inside the studio. If you are caught stealing photos or recording video without permission. You will be charged a $50 fee for each person who has violated the policy. This is non-refundable and non negotiable.
  • Do you photograph Weddings?
    Click on more menu tab to see our wedding packages. Yes we have several wedding packages available. All wedding shoots must call to schedule a free consultation with were we will discuss all photo and/or video coverage details for your special day. Most wedding package do require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable No Exceptions. In the event you need to cancel a wedding shoot you will pay a cancellation fee and you will receive a digital credit usable for a future photo session with Atlanta Portrait Studio. Digital Credits are sent via email, can be used at Atlanta Portrait Studio only and are not exchangeable for cash.
